Snowy Pines Ice Cream
1 quart light cream or half and half
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
3 drops spearmint oil
5 drops pine essential oil
green food color
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a pot. Then turn the heat to med-high.
Whisk constantly till it thickens slightly. Switch off stove.
Cover the surface with plastic wrap and let cool completely.
Process in a ice cream maker.
Enjoy
