Citrus Smash Cake



Tangy and super moist, half cake, half pudding
Citrus Smash Cake

1 Jar Sugar Free mixed citrus (Del Monte)
1 box yellow cake mix
Powdered Sugar 

Preheat the oven to 350oF
Spray a Bundt pan with Pam For Baking

Drain the citrus and reserve the juice.
"Smash" IE puree the citrus in a blender.
Pour the cake mix in a bowl and add 2-1/2 cups puree and beat till smooth
Pour into the pan and bake 35-40 mins .
Cool in the pan.
Turn out onto a plate 

Mix 1/2 cup juice with 3 cups powdered sugar, drizzle over cooled cake
