1 can Evaporated milk
1/2 t Amoretti Condensed Milk Flavoring
Add all to a small pot, stir over medium heat to dissolve the Tagatose, then crank it up to HIGH.
Let it start to come to a boil till it starts the process of boiling over, IMMEDIATELY take off heat till it goes down, put it back on heat and let it start to come to a boil till it starts the process of boiling over, IMMEDIATELY take off heat till it goes down. and turn the heat to lower and simmer till you get 14 ounces of liquid after reduction, pour into a heat proof canning jar to cool and thicken fully.
Use in anything.
Please note: this will be a bit darker than regular condensed milk, due to Tagatose's caramelization factors.
