Sugar Free Low Carb Pancakes/Waffles/Biscuits

1 Cup Defatted Almond Flour
1/2 cup Resistant Corn Starch
2 T wheat gluten
1/2 cup cellulose
1/2 cup dried butter
 2 T baking powder
1/2 cup dried milk
1/2 t salt

For pancakes or waffles
Add to this
3 eggs
1 cup water (add as necessary')

And cook as desired

or add 1 cup water for biscuits and drop bake on a cookie sheet in a 350oF oven till golden

I added too much water and made these interesting "biscuit pancakes" which Ill try with butter and sugar free syrup
