1 recipe of my sugar free caramel
sugar free grated coconut
1 bag Lilys sugar free dark chocolate chips, tempered and melted

Assemble all above.
Preheat an oven to 350oF
Lightly butter a cookie sheet.
Roll short snakes, with the dough then join them end to end into donut shapes, then lightly flatten.
Bake for 7 mins,
Cool on a rack

To finish
Mix 1/2 cup caramel sauce, some coconut and coconut extract in a bowl,
Melt and temper the chocolate,
Place both bowls side by side,
With a fork, dip each one on the top in caramel coconut and then dip the bottom in chocolate, lay on wax paper to set. Drizzle more chocolate on top.
