High Protein Sugar Free Plain Cake Mix
3-1/2 cups Quest Baking Mix
1 bag Sukrin Defatted Almond Flour
1/2 cup Besan
1/4 cup wheat gluten
3 cups Erythritol
9 T baking powder
1/4 cup Splenda
1 T salt
Whisk it all together and store with plenty of silica gel packs to keep it dry.
To make a cake, preheat oven to 350oF
Grease a pan, and line the bottom with parchment
Measure out 3-1/3 cups mix.
Mix that in a bowl; with
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil or cooled melted butter
1 cup water
(Add 1/3 cup of cocoa for chocolate cake)
Pour in pan and bake 35-40 mins
