Low Sugar, Low Carb High Protein Pineapple Upside Down Cake


6-8 of my No Sugar Added Maraschino Cherries

"Low Sugar Pineapple"

1 can green jackfruit (THIS BRAND)
1 t McCormick Pineapple flavoring
1/3 cup Allulose Syrup
1 t Citric Acid

Drain and wash the jackfruit 5 times, slice thin if too thick.
Place in a small pot with 1 cup of water and the rest of the ingredients and boil till it evaporates into a syrup remove from heat and cool.

Preheat the oven to 350oF
Grease a round pan with butter being thicker on bottom, then cut and decoratively lay the jackfruit and maraschino cherries on the bottom, then sprinkle the fruits with 1/4 cup Browned Sukrin/Truvia. Set aside to make the cake



Cake

1 box  Sukrin White Cake mix
4 eggs
1 STICK melted cooled butter
2/3 cup water

Blend all together, and pour over the fruits,

Bake 30 mins until a toothpick comes out clean.

IMMEDIATELY Turn over onto a round plate and eat and enjoy
