No Sugar Added (But Not Low Carb) Prince William's Groom's Cake From His Wedding

1/4 cup Butter
1 bag Lily's sugar free Chocolate Chips
2 T of my Sugar Free Condensed Milk
1/4 cup sugarfree liquid syrup sweetener (Allulose, Sukrin, Vita)
1/4 cup sugarfree liquid syrup sweetener (Allulose, Sukrin, Vita)
2 small 1 oz boxes Raisins
1 cup asst roasted nuts
A few candied cherries for top (see below)
Grease a medium springform pan.
Break the biscuits into a bowl in 1/2 inch chunks, toss in the nuts and raisins. Set aside
Melt the chocolate chips in a plastic bowl in the microwave for 1 minute, adding 30 secs until its stirrable. In another bowl mix the condensed milk, syrup and butter and microwave until the butter just melts and you can stir it into a smooth mix. Now pour the butter mix into the chocolate and stir till smooth, Pour it all over the biscuits and nuts and mix thoroughly and press into the pan and refrigerate till hard, pop the spring and turn it out onto a serving plate and decorate with the cherries. If you want to, enrobe the entire thing in melted sugar free chocolate
Sugar Free Candied Cherries
8-10 of my No Sugar Added Maraschino Cherries
1/4 cup or their juice
1/4 cup Tagatose
Boil all together for 5 mins until you see foamy bubbles that do not pop right away, turn off heat.
Fish out the now translucent cherries.
