Crispy, spicy and delicious, eat something new
2 Cans Bai Top Shell, drained
1 t Ginger juice
2 T soy sauce
2 T mirin
Marinate the snails in the above mixture for 30 mins

1/4 cup Flour
1/4 cup Potato Starch
2 T ground roasted sesame seed
1 t ground ginger
1 t onion powder
1/4 cup Potato Starch

1 t Salt
Pepper
1 t sugar
Whisk together the dry ingredients, then heat up oil in a pan
Add 1 egg to the above mixture, pour off the marinade and coat the snails in the mixture then fry.
Working with a gloved hand is best.
Fry till golden.
Serve with a spicy honey sesame dip
3 T honey
2 T white vinegar
1/2 t salt
1 T sesame oil
3 dashes Cayenne
Mix all, and let sit 30 mins
1 t sugar
