Keto Nam Prik Pao
Sometimes on LC or KETO you wanna make a dish but the main seasoning has SUGAR and its strictly store bought.
1/3 cup refined coconut oil
5 cloves chopped garlic
3 finely chopped shallots
5 dried Asian red chilis, ground
1/2 t Shrimp paste or just add more Fish Sauce
2 T fish sauce
The Palm Sugar alternative below
1/4 cup Tamarind paste
2 T lime juice
1/4 cup dried baby anchovies
water
Toast the gvarlic, shallots, anchovies and chilis.
Then grind them.
Put them and the rest of the ingredients in a frying pan and saute for 10 minutes.
Store in a glass jar.

2 T Allulose
1 Werthers Sugar Free Chewy caramel
