Sugar Free  Low Carb, High Protein Graham Crackers, Pie Crust Or Ice Cream Cones


1 cup Quest Baking Powder
1/2 cup Sukrin Defatted Almond Flour
1 egg
1 stick butter, softened
1 t Amoretti Graham Cracker extract
1/2 cup brown erythritol or sukrin
2 T Honey Allulose
Okay listen up!
This recipe makes one tray of crackers for eating or smores, 1 large round pie crust for pie, or
a few ice cream cones (made in a pizzelle maker and quickly shaped)

Preheat the oven to 350oF and grease a cookie sheet.

Put gloves on and smush all ingredients together.

You cannot roll this dough, you need to use your hands.

Shape into squares for Graham Crackers, or press into a pie plate or cheesecake pan, or press in a pizzelle maker and quickly shape into cones for Ice Cream.

Bake 10 minutes and cool on a rack.
