Sugar Free, Reduced Carb Shoo Fly Pie
1 of my pie crusts
Filling
2 eggs
1/2 cup my molasses
1/3 cup Mandelmel
Mix well and pour into baked crust
Crumb
1 cup whole almonds
1 Quest Waffle Bar
1 Quest Cinnamon Roll bar
1/3 cup Swerve Brown Sugar
Process in a Vitamix or food processor, add 3 T softened butter
Rub it all together.
Add about a handful of the crumbs to the filling and slightly stir. then top with the rest of the crumbs
Bake in a preheated 350oF oven for 30 mins tented with foil.until firm, Remove, cool, and eat.
