Sugar Free Caramel Sauce
1 cup Tagatose
1 T water
1 T water
2 T Butter
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
Melt the Tagatose and water, in a pot over high heat and let melt and start caramelizing, swirl the pot only, When its the shade you want, remove from heat, add the cream and butter and pour in a heat proof glass jar.
For a thicker Caramel, simmer til its your consistency
