Sugar Free "Toll House" Style Cookies
Preheat oven to 375oF
2 1/4 cups Sukrin Almond Flour
1 T wheat gluten (optional, for chewier cookies)
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
Whisk all the above together in a bowl.
2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 cup Allulose
1/2 cup packed brown erythritol/truvia
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
Beat the above wet ingredients together, until combined, then stir in,
1 package Lily's Chocolate Chips
Roll into large walnut sized balls then flatten and place on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
This makes 2 sheets.
