1 9 ounce package LILYS chocolate chips

Milk Chocolate

White Chocolate Ganache
OR
3-4 Bars Torre White Chocolate
Bring thee cream to 110 degrees F. Add the White chocolate and stir till smooth
WC Ganache for pouring
WC ganache whipped for frosting
Flavored Chocolate Ganache
Follow directions for White Chocolate Ganache but add
Food Flavor and Color of your choice
