Keto/Low Carb Tang Drink Mix Cheesecake Casserole
Pulverize the cereal, and measure out 1-1/2 cups and mix with the butter and Allulose and press into the bottom of a Casserole dish and bake at 350F for 10 mins. Let cool completely
Mix all of the above together and spread on top of the crust. Put in the fridge while you make the Tang Topping.
Mix the Knox and Splenda together and sprinkle over 1 cup of water and mix. Microwave it for 1 minute, add the Tang and other cup of water and put it in the fridge till its slightly thickened. Pour on top of the Cheese layer and chill till firm.
Serve.
