Decadent with an Asian touch
White Chocolate Black Sesame Bavarian
1 bar of Lindt white chocolate
1-1/4 cups heavy cream
1 T powdered gelatin
3 T milk
1/4 cup sugar
5 egg yolks
1-1/4 cups whipped cream
1/4 cup ROASTED Black Sesame Seeds
In a small bowl sprinkle the gelatin into the milk and set aside.
Melt the white chocolate in the liquid cream over high, whisking constantly, turn off heat and set aside to cool.
Whisk the sugar and egg yolks together.
When the cream and white chocolate mixture is just warm to the touch whisk into egg mixture and whisking constantly bring to the boil and simmer till thickened. Add the milk and gelatin and simmer about 1 min more
Place bowl in ice bath and stir until at room temperature.
Fold in whipped cream, and sesame seeds and pour into a loaf pan and refrigerate till firm.
Unmold, slice and serve
