Flamin Hot Meatloaf

 

Delicious and makes your house smell FANTASTIC

 

 Flamin Hot Meatloaf

 

 

2 lb Ground Chicken

1 Egg

1-1/2 cup Flamin hot Cheetos, pulverized

1 medium red onion, pureed

1/3 cup chopped colorful bell peppers

2 garlic cloves minced

2 T pickled jalapenos chopped

3 T olive oil

2 T ketchup

1 t salt

1/2 t pepper

 

 

Mix everything together in a big bowl with your hands.

Put this mixture in a loaf pan and bake at 350oF

for 50-70 minutes or until a thermo inserted in center registers 170-180

Let sit 10 mins then slice and serve

You can also make meatballs out of this and serve over pasta or rice with a sauce
