Keto Cheesesteak Buns

 Keto Cheesesteak Buns
 
 
King Arthur KETO Pizza Dough, prepared, risen once and rolled out to a rectangle
1 box Steak Umms
2 sliced Onions
sliced Provolone
2 T Butter
Asian Fried Shallots
Ketchup (Heinz Sugar Free)
Beefy onion soup mix
 
 
While its rising, fry the onion in a skillet with butter, till it takes on color.
Set aside.
Mix the beefy onion soup with water, set aside
Lay the Steak-Umms on a baking sheet and bake at 350 till they are brown.
 
 
NOW, when the dough is risen, roll it out to a rectangle shape


Brush the dough with the soup, you will only use a little
 
 
Layer on the onions, Then the cheese.
 
 
Then the cooked Steak-Umms 
 
 
Then roll up, cut it into 8 slices and place them in a buttered 9X9
pan and let rise again then bake 30-35 mins at 350oF

Sprinkle with the fried shallots and squiggle with ketchup

EN-FUCKING-JOY!

Philly Natives do not eat their cheesesteaks with mushrooms or peppers. We use Ketchup.

No Peppers or Mushrooms Needed.
