Green Goddess Soup
small bag frozen peas (2 cups?)
1 large onion, chopped
2 T butter
1 head butter lettuce
1 cup chicken broth (or more if necessary)
1/4 cup dried chives
Fry the onion in the butter till translucent.
Add the peas, lettuce, 2 cups water and broth and simmer a few mins.
Puree the entire thing with the chives.
Season with Salt and Pepper and serve with sour cream and sprinkled with chives.
