1 Boboli
1 cup Cocktail sauce
2 cups Warm, COOKED shrimp, lobster and Surimi
8 oz fresh and reg moz
Old Bay
This will come together super fast.....
Chop the Fresh Moz and Regular Moz and lay it on a sheet of non stick foil or a clean silicone Silpat.
Place this in the oven on top of the Boboli
And bake til the cheese gets golden like any other pizza.
Remove both from the oven, Carefully slip the foil off of the Boboli, keeping the bubbly cheese mass intact, quickly spread the Boboli with Cocktail sauce top with seafood and slide on the cheese.
Dust with Old Bay
Serve.
