Pink Cloud

 

 This is an old Alba Diet Shake recipe, but Alba is discontinued, so I recreated it with Slimfast shake mix  I wonder what its like with strawberry KoolAid instead of juice?

  1/4 cup cold water

1 knox gelatin pack

1/2 cup any ice cold neutral colored juice

1/2 cup Slimfast Strawberry shake powder

1 cup Ice cubes

Sprinkle the Knox over the water in a small pot, let this sit for 5 mins, then turn on the heat and stir to melt, turn off heat and add the juice. 

Pour this and the Slimfast in a blender and turn it on high and add 8 ice cubes one at a time until this is thick and fluffy, serve.
