Nut Free Baklava
1 box Phyllo
2 bags Wheat Nuts, 1 bag coarsely chopped
2 cups Honey
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/2 cups sugar
2 T Lemon Juice
1 pound butter, melted
1 t cinnamon
Put the Wheat Nuts, sugar, spices and breadcrumbs in a Vitamix or FP and pulse till the mixture is like pebbly sand.
Set Aside
Refer to the Phyllos box to learn how to handle it.

Brush a 9 X 9 pan with butter.
Lay 1 sheet of Phyllo in the pan,
Brush with butter
Top with another sheet
Brush with butter
Total 10 sheets laid and buttered
Pour in the stuffing,
Then
Total 10 sheets laid and buttered
Lay 1 sheet of Phyllo over the stuffing in the pan,
Brush with butter
Top with another sheet
Brush with butter.
Brush the top with butter and Pre-Cut the Baklava, then bake 1 hour or until its crisp and brown.
While its in the oven simmer the honey, lemon juice and sugar in a pot till its all dissolved.
As soon as the Baklava is done pour the syrup over the entire Baklava as soon as it comes out of the oven.
HEAR IT SIZZLE!
Let sit overnight to allow it to penetrate, then serve.
