Lemon Ginger Corncake

 

Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezy

 Lemon Ginger Corncake

1 box Cornbread
1 box white cake mix
1 tub ready made cheesecake mix
Lemon Curd
Ginger bits
white chocolate curls
chopped pistachios

 

Preheat the oven to 350oF

Grease and flour 3 round pans

Mix the cornbread, cake mix and all their prep ingredients together in a big bowl, pour evenly into the pans and bake 25-30 mins

Take out and cool

Put one layer on a cake platter. Spread it with some of the cheesecake Then some lemon curd.

Then another cake layer, more cheesecake and lemon curd.

Then top with the final cake, more cheesecake

Then sprinkle on the Ginger Bits, The Chopped Pistachios and White Chocolate curls.

SERVE
