Mojito Honeydew Salad

 

Its hot and its cold at the same time! The mint jelly makes this pop!

Mojito Honeydew Salad

 
1 Honeydew
1 Jar Mint Jelly
1 T Lime juice Powder

1/4 cup Rum
2 Mini Cucumbers, sliced

1 Minced Red jalapeno Pepper
chopped Mint

Peel the melon, Cut it in half

Scoop out seeds

 Wash and slice the cucumbers

Puree the Mint Jelly and Lime juice powder, Rum and salt

Toss everything together and serve
