Savory Taco Funnel Cake
1 lb raw chicken, diced
1 egg white
1/4 cup flour
2 T corn starch
a handful of Fritos
2 garlic cloves
2 T olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 small onion
1 pack taco seasoning
1 T pickled jalapeno
1 t salt
1 t sugar
Put everything in a food processor and process till smooth.
Put into a Ziploc bag.
Cut 4 squares of parchment that can fit the inside of the fryer or pot.
Heat a pot of oil to 200oF
Snip the corner of the bag and then squeeze the "batter" onto the 4 squares of parchment, making squiggles, like any traditional funnel cake.
Make 4
Then gently lay one into the oil
In about 10 seconds the paper will fall off, remove it.
Fry till golden on one side, flip and cook the other side.
Drain on paper towels.
This will make 4
Dust with Tajin and serve with sour cream and pickled Jalapenos
