Butter


Melt the butter over medium heat until it foams



Then wait, the milk solids will fall to the bottom of the pot






Pour the clear liquid into a container and discard the solids on the bottom.



Ghee is now shelf stable, and you dont have to refrigerate it.
Use this liquid to fry or saute or top anything...Especially Indian Cuisine
