Fruit Lasagne

Light and Rich all at the same time!
Fruit Lasagne

Wewalka Puff Pastry
1 cup of Yogurt For Harlots
1 Pack of Dr Oetker Whip-It
Lemon Zest
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar or Powdered Erythritol
3 Flavors Polaner Sugarfree Fiber Jams
Mint sprigs

Note: Since this is a rich desert anyway, Its best to use the Sugarfree Jams to reduce the sugar and calories, Nevertheless, you can use what you like.

Whip the yogurt with the Whip It and 1/4 cup powdered sugar/Erythritol and lemon zest.
Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 425oF
 Cut the puff pastry into 16 equal squares and place on a baking sheet and bake until puffed up and brown
About 15 minutes.
Remove and let cool.

Layer the whipped yogurt and jams as shown

Top with more Whipped yogurt and a sprig of mint
