Chocolate Pork Rind Cake
When I posted my review of the LOW CARBER Pork Rind Cake here:
I said it should be made with Erythritol and Cocoa. So I made it today.
Follow this recipe
But OMIT the Splenda, Cinnamon, Cinnamon Extract and Nutmeg.
Instead use 1/3 cup cocoa and 1 cup Truvia
MAKE SURE TO USE FRESH EGG WHITES, NOT CARTON EGG WHITES!
It is really good!
