Quick And Easy Moussaka

A "Sandra-Lee-ification" Of Greek Moussaka.

Quick And Easy Moussaka

One, Eggplant, sliced and grilled
20 Thawed chopped meatballs, leftover cooked hamburger meat or chopped Steak-Umms (1/2 large package)
1 small jar Ragu Meat Sauce
1 t  Ground Cinnamon
1 t dried minced onion
1 bag Potato Chips, try and get the BAKED version
One jar Alfredo sauce
Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup grated Parm Cheese

Preheat an oven to 350oF
Spray a square baking dish with Pam

Mix the Ragu with the Salt and Pepper, Onion and Cinnamon and spread some at the bottom of a casserole dish.
Layer in the Eggplant.
Mix the rest of the Ragu and your choice of meat.
Top with the Potato Chips 
and pour the alfredo sauce on top of the potato chips.
Smooth.
Pour the Parm over all and bake till bubbly.
About  40  minutes
