Wild West Pasta







Wild West Pasta

1 pound very lean ground sirloin
1/2 can black beans, drained
1 small can Niblets corn
1/2 cup hickory smoke Bullseye BBQ sauce
1/2 can canned chopped tomatoes
1/2 jar prepared beef gravy
1 box prepared wagon wheel pasta
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2-4 T Olive oil
S & P
3 T. cumin
1 teaspoon Chipotle powder

Brown, then sear the beef in sufficient oil in a large high sided
skillet, (make sure to evaporate that liquid that comes out of the beef that they add nowadays) add Salt and pepper to taste, then add the onion and garlic and saute till the onions pick
up some color, add the spices and stir fry one minute, then add the tomatoes and evaporate some of the liquid, then add the gravy, BBQ sauce, corn and beans let simmer till it thickens a little bit then serve over the pasta.
Serve with rustic bread and salad!

Note you can sprinkle with some Taco Cheese if you want, I didnt cause it was too pretty.
