Creamy Cool Cucumber Soup






Creamy Cool Cucumber Soup

1 tray baby cucumbers
2 cups Buttermilk
1 clove fresh Garlic, minced
2 clumps of Fresh dill (the size of 2 of your thumbs)
1 Tablespoon of hamburger dill pickle juice
1 teaspoon Salt 
Freshly Ground Black Pepper


Put all in a food processor and pulse till smooth, ladle into bowls & top with a sprig of extra dill.
