Spanking Red Fire Shrimp


 




Spanking Red Fire Shrimp

2 Lb Peeled Deveined frozen Shrimp
(Thawed in bag or bowl in  fridge, drained, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels)
3 T Chopped Onion
4 VERY Heaping T of Lee Kum Kee Garlic Chili Paste
1/3 Cup Ketchup
3 or many Sliced Green Onions (I can never have enough)
2 T Vegetable Oil

Fry the shrimp and onion in oil till almost cooked, add other ingredients and
let cook till the sauce sticks to the shrimp
and is thicker. Add the Green Onion till wilted.
Serve with rice if you like spicy food, or with toothpicks as an appetizer
