Shrimp And Crab Cocktail Soup

 
 
 
 

 Lightly sweet and still savory with a hint of horseradish. I added a dash of Old Bay to the top. Imight add a spoon of sour cream to the top later. But this is excellent
 
Shrimp And Crab Cocktail Soup
 

6 On Vine Tomatoes, cored and chopped
Pinch Baking Soda 
1/2 cup light cream 
finely crumbled saltine crackers
1/4 cup sugar
Salt and Pepper
2 T butter
2 cups Chicken broth
3 T Arbys horseradish
2 Cup chopped Shrimp
2 can Lump Crabmeat
2 T Vinegar
 EVOO
 
Heat some oil in a pot, add the tomatoes and the baking soda, and mash them up until it makes a broth. Add the cream, sugar, vinegar and S&P, reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes, then add the crackers and chicken broth and butter.
Simmer again about 3 minutes then add the crab and shrimp.
Simmer 5 mins then turn off the heat and let cool to warm and add the Arbys horsey sauce. and serve.

If you want, add some corn.
