Low Carb/ Keto Pennsylvania Amish Shoo Fly Pie
Lets start with the Keto Crust
If your Pie Plate is small
1-1/2 cups King Arthur Keto Flour
1-1/2 sticks Butter
If your pie plate is big
Next, Lets make the crumbs
1 cup King Arthur Keto Flour
1/2 cup Brown Allulose
1/2 stick butter, softened
Cut in the butter into the flour and allulose until its a sandy texture
Next, Pre-Heat The Oven to 400F
Next make the filling
1/2 cup Low Carb Molasses
1/2 cup FiberYum
1 cup Brown Allulose
2 eggs
Beat the above in a bowl till smooth, then add
1 cup hot water
1 t baking soda
Mixed together.
Lets Put It All Together
Bake at 400 for 10 mins then 350 for 45-50 mins
Take out and let rest before cutting it.
Serve warm or cold
