Lightly Sweet, 

 Low Carb/ Keto Pennsylvania Amish Shoo Fly Pie

 Lets start with the Keto Crust

If your Pie Plate is small 

1-1/2 cups King Arthur Keto Flour
1-1/2 sticks Butter  

If your pie plate is big 

2 cups King Arthur Keto Flour
2 sticks Butter   
 
Cut in all the butter into the flour and press it into the plate and up the sides and flute the trim 

  Next, Lets make the crumbs

     1 cup King Arthur Keto Flour
    1/2 cup Brown Allulose
    1/2 stick butter, softened

Cut in the butter into the flour and allulose until its a sandy texture 

Next, Pre-Heat The Oven to 400F

Next make the filling

   1/2 cup Low Carb Molasses
    1/2 cup FiberYum
    1 cup Brown Allulose
    2 eggs

Beat the above in a bowl till smooth, then add

    1 cup hot water
    1 t baking soda

Mixed together.

Lets Put It All Together

To the pie crust add
Half the liquid
Then half the crumbs
Then the rest of the liquid
Then the rest of the crumbs.

Bake at 400 for 10 mins then 350 for 45-50 mins

Take out and let rest before cutting it. 

Serve warm or cold
