Fried Iceberg
Iceberg Lettuce, cored, cleaned and cut in wedges
1/2 cup Gordo''s White Cheese Dip
1/3 cup Mayo
1/2 T Tones Lemon Pepper
Put a fryer with oil on the stove or a deep fryer on.
Mix the Tones into the cheese dip and mayo, Insert into the layers of the wedges.
Then dip all sides in a flour and water slurry, then into fry flour and deep fry until crisp.
Serve with Hidden Valley Ranch
