Corn Milk Custard, Fritos Enriched Crust and Whipped Cream
Corn Cream Pie
Filling
3 Cups Corn Milk (made with a whole can condensed milk)
3 Egg Yolks
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/2 stick Butter
Mix all together in a pot and whisk constantly until its thickened.
Frito Crust
1/2 cup Pulverized Fritos
1-1/2 cup Flour
1 stick Butter
Mix all together, bake at 350F until golden, cool.
Pour the filling into the crust and pop it into the fridge, until cold.
Then top with whipped cream

Cream
Sugar
Cinnamon
