After cooking Jicama for 4 hours, strain the liquid and add a little sweetener and cinnamon and lemon juice

will think its never gonna get there and then it does)
Remove the Jicama pieces and save the cinnamony liquid..
Mix the Clear Jel Erythritol Lemon Powder and Splenda in a pot. Add 1 cup cinnamon water and a spoon of Capella to taste, Cook till thickened. chop up SOME of the Jicama into bite sized pieces and add to the Fruit Gravy then put this mixture in a buttered pie baking dish.
Apple Sauce
Puree the cooked Jicama with cinnamon, lavender and a lil lemon juice
