Fried Salsa

 


 I made this cause I had frozen Confetti Salsa in my freezer that was taking up a lot of space. Its so tasty.

Fried Salsa

 If you have a lot of Homemade Salsa left over from a party, freeze it and make these for your next party or potluck...

2 Cups leftover homemade Salsa (Chunky salsa, like Pico De Gallo style, or my Confetti Salsa, not pureed style)
2 Eggs
2 to 3 cups Self Rising Flour
S&P
2 T pickled jalapeno juice

Mix the flour, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Mix the Jalapeno Juice, salsa and eggs, then add the flour mixture and mix thoroughly.

Fry small handfuls in hot oil til both sides are golden, drain on paper towels, 

Serve with Queso Dip or Smooth Guacamole

SO GOOD!

Add some cheese too.
