Pickled Garden Salad
2 FIRM red Tomatoes, seeds scooped out and fine diced
Ribs from 2 heads of Romaine, chopped fine
Onion, chopped fine
4-6 Radishes, chopped fine
Carrots, shredded and chopped fine
1 t Salt
Mix Everything together and let stand 1 hour, drain half the juice, then add
Good Seasons Zesty Italian Packet
1/2 t red pepper flakes
And cover, and let ferment on the counter 24 hours. Then add
1/3 cup white Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Mix everything together, and refrigerate overnight, then eat
