Keto / Low Carb Shady Maple Farmers Market Black Walnut Cake (East Earl, Pa) With Authentic Supermarket/Bakery Crispy Top Frosting
Preheat the oven to 350oF
Grease and flour 2 round cake pans
2 boxes King Arthur Keto Yellow Cake
Prepared with 2 cups egg whites
1 cup butter
2 cups Almond Milk
and
4 t.Loriann Buttery Sweet Dough flavoring
(Loriann makes cakes taste like cakeshop cakes)
Put all into a blender and blend till smooth
Mix together with
3 oz finely chopped Black Walnuts (REAL BLACK WALNUTS!)

and then pour into the pans and bake for 30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.

2 cups white shortening
1/2 cup Coffeemate powder
2 bags (32 oz) Powdered Monkfruit
1 cup Allulose
Whip together the Shortening, creamer, and extract
Then whip in the powdered Monkfruit and allulose
Then add water till it reaches the consistency you like.
(You MUST add some water to this frosting so the micro thin crispy layer forms on top that gives it that Supermarket/Bakery mouth feel. Its this cakes signature)
Frost inside and out, Sprinkle the entire top with 1 cup of chopped black walnuts
