Crunchy Salmon Cakes
Fried Salmon Cakes
1 lb cooked salmon
1 rib celery, finely chopped
1 tiny onion, finely chopped
1/4 of a chopped red pepper
1 rib celery, finely chopped

1/4 t dried dill
2 T breadcrumbs
1/3 cup evap milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup mayo
1 T Worcestershire
1/3 cup evap milk

1 T Worcestershire
Mix all together, form balls and dip in
Fry in oil until golden,
Serve with lemon wedges
Enjoy
