Keto / Low Carb Peach Cobbler
2 sliced Mirlitons/Chayotes , slice off the peel carefully
Then make the peach "atmosphere"
2/3 cup Truvia
Peach Food Color
1-1/2 T Peach Flavor
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/4 t Cloves
1/4 t Allspice
Water to cover
Butter a baking dish
Put all the above in a pot. And simmer till its reduced by half and till almost tender, then add
2 T Butter
2 t Clear Jell
and simmer till thickened.
Then preheat the oven to 350F
Pour the "peaches" into the dish then make the cobbler topping
1 cup King Arthur Keto Flour
2 T butter
1 t baking powder
1 egg
1/3 cup Truvia
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 cup water
And top the "peaches" with it and bake till golden and bubbly.
Serve
