Bacon Fat Mayo

 

 

I made this to use on the BLT Pasta Salad, but I figured Ill make its own post for it.

Its homemade mayo, made with bacon fat, not oil. Use it on samiches, salads and anything you want!

 

Bacon Fat Mayo

 

1 cup FRESH bacon grease

2 T  Lemon juice

1 T dijon

2 T egg Dried Egg powder

3 T Water

1/2 t salt and pepper

 

Put the egg powder and water in the blender or vitamix then add the lemon juice, mustard and salt and pepper and turn it on, slowly pour in the liquid bacon grease, till it gets thick,

You just made bacon mayonnaise,

Make some more for other uses.
