Kimchi Egg Salad



Hot, Spicy, Tangy and Creamy All At Once

Kimchi Egg Salad

  1 cup Radish Kimchi and brine, finely chopped
8 HOT Hard Boiled Eggs
Mayo
Pepper


Peel the eggs while still hot, Place in a plastic bag and add the kimchi, push out air, close the bag and let site in the fridge overnight 
Next day, chop and mix in mayo and pepper 
and serve
