Easy Sugar Free Low Carb Swiss Buttercream Frosting


1 recipe of my sugar free marshmallow fluff, freshly made still in mixer bowl, completely cooled
2-3 sticks unsalted butter, half softened
1/2 t Almond Extract

On low speed add the Almond extract, then add 2 Tablespoons of the butter to the marshmallow fluff till combined, repeat until the mixture gets soupy.  Put the bowl in the fridge for 30 mins.
Put the bowl back on the mixer (if using) and whip at high speed till thickened and silky smooth, adding more softened butter if necessary,
