Onion Garlic Ketchup

 

 Great on anything with meat

 Onion Garlic Ketchup

 1 cup Caramelized onion puree

1/2 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup corn syrup

3 cloves garlic

1/4 cup water

1 T sugar 

1 t salt

 To make the Caramelized Onion Puree, Puree 6 Giant sweet onions and cook down in a pot (or Instant Pot on sautee) till they get thick and brown.

Then put 1 cup of them in a pot with everything else and cook till reduced. Chill before using
