Yellow Tomato Ketchup

 

This is surprisingly more tomatoey than red ketchup

Yellow Tomato Ketchup

2 cans Yellow Tomatoes

 

Put the tomatoes in a food mill over a pot and process. 

Simmer about 20 mins on medium-low to make yellow tomato paste

 

 

3/4th cup yellow tomato paste

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup white vinegar

1 t salt

1/4 t onion powder

1/4 t garlic powder

Simmer on low 20 mins until its reduced.
