Avocado, Lobster And Pomello Salad With A Zesty Lemon Lime Dressing (Super Simple)
Ingredients
1 sliced Avocado
The peeled demembraned sections of one Pomello
1 pound Cooked chilled Lobster
4 Hearts Of Palm
3 Cooked Baby Potatoes
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
a head of washed Boston Bib Lettuce
Dressing
1 T Soda Stream Lemon-Lime Soda syrup
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 T Dijon
2 T mayo
salt and pepper
1 T minced onion
Extras
Melted butter
Bacon (optional)
Caviar (optional)
Dip all the Lobster in the butter and drain.
Mix together the dressing in a blender
Arrange everything on a large platter, drizzle with the dressing and serve with crunchy red and hatch peppers strewed on top
