I imagine this is what Charo and Lorenzo Lamas ate when the Love Boat docked in Puerto Vallarta.
2 Ancho Chilis
2 Guajillo Chilis
Rehydrate the chilis in boiling water, when they are done, puree them with the following
2 T Soy Sauce
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T Tomato paste
1 T lime juice
1 t oregano
3 cloves garlic
1 t cumin
salt tt
Coat The fillets and then grill or bake till the fish flakes easily Serve with the salsa
1/2 cup Mexicorn
1'2 cup finely diced jicama
1 tomato, finely diced
The supremes from 1 lime
2 dashes garlic powder
1 t salt
dash cayenne
2 T olive oil
2 T cilantro (not shown I didnt have it)
Juice from one Lime
Stir, serve
